The Research & Education Foundation (REF) of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) exists solely for the educational and charitable projects that promote the study of the American legal system and the issues having an impact on it. REF was organized to enhance and foster an understanding of the American legal system and the role of the attorney in the system as an advocate of his or her client's interest.
The 2008 Honorable E. Earle Zehmer Memorial Mock Trial Competition is scheduled for November 14-16, 2008. It will be held in West Palm Beach at the Palm Beach County Courthouse.
Information and registration packets have been mailed to all Florida Law Schools for the 2008 competition and we are expecting seven schools and 13 teams to participate in this year's event.
